  • Directly from you when you contact us, request a quote, or engage our services.
  • Automatically when you use our website (e.g., via cookies and similar technologies).
  • From third parties where permitted (e.g., professional networks such as LinkedIn, referrals, or publicly available business directories).

5. Purposes and Legal Bases

We process personal data only when we have a lawful basis under Article 6 GDPR. Depending on the context, this includes:

  • Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): to provide our services, manage projects, and communicate with you.

Where we act as a processor, we will process data only under your documented instructions and implement appropriate security measures.

7. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with trusted recipients where necessary:

  • Service providers (e.g., hosting, email, analytics, project tools) acting as processors under contract.

  • Authorities where we are legally required to do so or to protect our rights.

8. International Transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where an international transfer occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision by the European Commission or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with supplementary measures where necessary.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above and in accordance with legal retention requirements.

  • Essential cookies are required for core functionality and cannot be disabled via our consent settings.
  • Optional cookies (e.g., analytics/marketing) are used only if you consent. You may change or withdraw your consent at any time via our cookie settings (where implemented) or your browser settings.
